First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested a new balance training method for people with balance problems after a stroke and for healthy adults. The training involved reaching for a moving target on a screen while standing. The goal was to see if this method could safely evaluate and improve balance. Only 7 people took part, so the results are very early.
