Summary

This study aims to see which type of exercise is better for improving balance and stability in children with Down syndrome. It will compare two 8-week programs: one using cognitive-motor training (like games and dancing) and one using Pilates exercises. The study will include 32 children aged 8-13 who can stand and walk independently.
