Summary

This study tested whether adding specialized balance training to standard physical therapy could improve stability and body awareness in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Thirty children aged 8-10 years participated, with half receiving the additional training for three months. Researchers measured improvements in balance and trunk control using specialized equipment and functional tests.
