Gentle motion could retrain the brain to fix balance problems
NCT ID NCT06732440
Summary
This study is testing whether very gentle, barely noticeable motion can help improve balance in people with inner ear problems that affect their stability. Researchers will work with 48 participants—half with inner ear issues and half healthy—to see if this gentle motion makes balance training more effective. The goal is to find new rehabilitation strategies that help people with balance disorders stand steadier and move more confidently.
