Summary

This study is testing a new balance training system for older adults that uses wearable sensors and artificial intelligence to create personalized exercise programs. The goal is to improve stability, walking, and overall function to help prevent falls. Researchers will enroll 120 adults aged 18 to 80 who can walk independently. Participants will use a non-immersive virtual reality setup with real-time feedback tailored to their movement patterns.
