NCT ID NCT07443007

First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looked at whether different exercise programs could help children aged 10 to 17 who had severe burns on their legs. 84 kids were split into three groups: balance training, jump-based (plyometric) training, or a mix of both. They exercised three times a week for eight weeks. The goal was to see which type of training best improved their balance, strength, and agility during long-term recovery.
