Summary

This study tests a new way to improve balance for people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. The method uses small, painless vibrations on the skin to give the brain extra sensory cues about body position. Researchers will enroll 36 adults to see if this approach helps them stand more steadily and reduce fall risk.
