NCT ID NCT07372157

First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding special balance exercises to a regular workout of walking and strength training can improve balance, walking ability, and overall fitness in people who are overweight or obese. Forty adults will be split into two groups: one does standard aerobic and strength exercises, the other adds balance-focused moves. Both groups train three times a week for eight weeks. The goal is to see if balance training helps reduce fall risk and improve daily function.
