New exercise combo aims to steady steps for overweight adults
NCT ID NCT07372157
Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific balance exercises to regular workouts helps overweight and obese people improve their stability, walking ability, and overall fitness. Forty participants will follow an 8-week exercise program, with half doing standard aerobic and strength training while the other half also includes neuromuscular balance exercises. Researchers will measure improvements in balance, walking endurance, and leg strength to see if the combined approach offers better results.
