Summary
This study will test two different exercise programs—Modified Otago Exercises and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Exercises—in 36 older adults with type 2 diabetes and nerve damage in their feet. The goal is to see which program better improves balance and the ability to perform daily tasks like bathing and dressing. Participants must be 60 or older, able to walk, and have had diabetes for at least 5 years.
