Summary

This study aims to see if a 10-week exercise program focused on balance can help people with Parkinson's disease start walking more easily. Researchers will measure how a specific leg muscle works during the first step. The trial will involve 80 participants in Kuwait who will be randomly assigned to either try the exercise program or continue with their usual care.
