Summary
This study looks at balance and thinking skills in middle-aged and older adults with heart failure who are in a post-acute care program. Researchers will compare them to healthy people of the same age and track changes one and three months after leaving the hospital. The goal is to understand if balance problems are linked to memory and attention issues in these patients.
