New cancer drug enters early human testing for solid tumors and leukemia

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called BAL0891, given alone or with chemotherapy or immunotherapy, in people with advanced solid tumors or relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 260 adults will take part across multiple groups.
