Ancient exercise meets modern science: can baduanjin get sedentary adults moving?
NCT ID NCT07482995
Summary
This study aims to see if a 12-week Baduanjin exercise program can improve health in sedentary young and middle-aged adults. Researchers will compare a group doing Baduanjin to a group receiving health education to see which is better at improving fitness, strength, flexibility, and reducing daily sitting time. The study will enroll 208 generally healthy but inactive adults who sit for long periods.
