Ancient exercise could ease modern office aches
NCT ID NCT07338045
Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, traditional Chinese exercise called Baduanjin can help reduce pain and improve movement for office workers with long-term low back pain. Thirty participants will either practice Baduanjin for eight weeks or continue their usual routine. Researchers will measure changes in pain, balance, posture, and daily function to see if this low-cost exercise could be a helpful, drug-free option.
