Summary
This study looked at whether Baduanjin, a gentle mind-body exercise, can help people with type 2 diabetes. The goal was to see if it lowers stress hormones (cortisol) and blood sugar, and improves quality of life and daily function. 42 adults aged 50-60 with well-controlled diabetes took part. The results could offer a simple, drug-free way to support diabetes management.
