Summary

This study aims to see if a specially adapted version of Baduanjin, a traditional Chinese exercise, is safe and helpful for people living with a stoma after colorectal cancer surgery. Researchers will compare the gentle Baduanjin movements to regular walking over 12 weeks. They want to find out if the exercises can improve sleep, reduce fatigue, and help people adjust better to life with a stoma.
