Ancient exercise tested to ease life after colon cancer surgery
NCT ID NCT07172087
Summary
This study aims to see if a specially adapted version of Baduanjin, a gentle Chinese exercise, is safe and helpful for people living with a stoma after colorectal cancer surgery. Researchers will compare it to regular walking to see which better improves sleep, reduces fatigue, and helps patients adjust to life with an ostomy. About 258 participants will do one of the exercise programs five times a week for 12 weeks.
