Summary

This study looks at whether a special version of Baduanjin, a gentle exercise, is safe and helpful for people with colorectal cancer who have an ostomy (a bag on their belly for waste). About 258 adults will either do Baduanjin or walk five times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers will check sleep, fatigue, quality of life, and how well they adjust to the ostomy.
