Ancient exercise may ease arm pain in breast cancer survivors

Summary
This study looks at whether Baduanjin, a gentle exercise from China, can help breast cancer survivors who have trouble using their arm or shoulder after treatment. About 76 women will take part and follow a special exercise plan. Researchers will check if their arm function improves and note any problems that come up.
