Ancient exercise may ease arm pain in breast cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests whether Baduanjin, a gentle exercise, can improve arm and shoulder function in breast cancer survivors. About 76 women who have finished surgery and other treatments will practice this exercise and report how they feel. The goal is to see if it reduces disability and is safe to do.
