Summary

This study looks at whether blood markers for Alzheimer's and brain injury can help predict death and hospital readmission in older patients. Researchers will follow 400 hospitalized seniors with either acute brain problems or dementia. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors better understand patient prognosis.
