Summary
This study monitored 239 patients in France who were prescribed baclofen for alcohol use disorder. Researchers conducted monthly phone calls for one year to track side effects and determine how often patients stopped the medication due to adverse events. The goal was to better understand the safety profile of this treatment in real-world use.
