Study finds promising relief for chronic back pain
NCT ID NCT07399145
Summary
This study compared three different treatments for adults with long-term low back pain. 84 participants tried either standard physiotherapy, physiotherapy combined with balneotherapy (spa-like treatments), or prolotherapy (injections to strengthen tissues). Researchers measured pain, movement, and quality of life before and after a 4-week treatment period to see which approach worked best.
