Summary
This large study is testing whether getting physical therapists to follow the latest treatment guidelines can better help military service members and veterans with low back pain. It involves thousands of patients across military and VA hospitals. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain, improves function, and decreases the need for extra tests, specialist visits, and medications.
