Summary
This study compared two physical therapy approaches for people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. Forty adults received standard therapy plus either a hands-on release technique or specific stretching exercises. Researchers measured which approach better reduced pain, improved back movement, and decreased disability over four weeks.
