Hands-on healing for aching backs: which therapy works best?
NCT ID NCT07258927
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two hands-on therapy techniques works better when combined with core-strengthening exercises for people with long-term low back pain. Sixty adults with chronic back pain will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two therapy-plus-exercise combinations twice a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, movement, and daily function to see which approach provides more relief.
