Summary

This study compared two different hands-on physical therapies for men with long-term low back pain. Forty participants received either Active Release Technique (focused pressure with movement) or Strain-Counter-Strain (gentle positioning) over 4 weeks. Researchers measured which approach better reduced pain and improved daily function and movement.
