Summary
This study tested which of two hands-on physical therapy techniques works better for adults with chronic low back pain. Forty participants received either Active Release Technique (ART) or Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching for two weeks. Researchers measured which method improved hamstring flexibility and reduced pain more effectively.
