Summary
This study aims to better understand how low back pain develops and changes over time. Researchers will observe 600 people with back pain for six months, tracking their spinal movements, physical activity, and psychological factors using a smartphone app and a wearable tracker. The goal is to identify patterns that could lead to improved future treatments and management strategies for this common condition.
