Tape or massage: which eases back pain better?
NCT ID NCT07425301
Summary
This study tested if adding special therapeutic tape or a specific massage technique to standard treatment helps people with long-term low back pain. Over three weeks, 102 participants received either standard care alone, standard care plus the tape, or standard care plus the massage. Researchers measured changes in pain levels and back flexibility to see which approach worked best.
