NCT ID NCT07347457
Summary
This study is exploring if a four-week functional rehabilitation program can improve a natural pain-relief effect that happens after exercise in people with chronic low back pain. It will involve 51 participants who are already enrolled in a specific rehab clinic program. The main goal is to see if this rehab helps reduce pain sensitivity and makes it easier for people to stay active.
