Exercise showdown: which workout beats back pain?

Summary

This study compares two different exercise approaches for people with chronic low back pain that has no clear structural cause. 44 adults with persistent back pain will try either moderate-load eccentric core exercises or Pilates for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure which program better reduces pain, improves back movement, and builds core endurance.
