Baby-Inspired exercises show promise for back pain relief
NCT ID NCT07199842
Summary
This study tested whether adding Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises to standard physical therapy helps women with chronic low back pain from disc herniation. DNS uses movement patterns based on how healthy babies develop. Forty-four women completed either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus DNS exercises for eight weeks. The group doing both types showed greater improvements in pain, disability, and core muscle strength.
