Researchers hunt for clues on rare, potentially deadly tick disease
NCT ID NCT07345988
Summary
This study aims to gather and describe information about cases of human babesiosis, a rare and sometimes severe tick-borne infection, in France. Researchers will look back at medical records from the past 24 years to understand who gets it, how it presents, how it was treated, and what the outcomes were. The goal is to improve future diagnosis and care by learning from past cases.
