This trial tests whether a traditional Chinese exercise called Ba Duan Jin or a modern sports medicine approach (NASM) better eases pain, improves neck movement, and reduces disability in people with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, a common cause of neck and arm pain. About 42 adults aged 20 to 55 with this condition will receive either routine physical therapy plus Ba Duan Jin or routine physical therapy plus NASM-based exercises, three times a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure pain, neck range of motion, and disability at the start and after six weeks to see which approach helps more.
