First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new treatment for adults with recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells, modify them to recognize and attack cancer cells, and deliver them directly into the brain. The main goals are to see if the cells can be made safely and to find the best dose.
