Summary
This study tests whether a special type of immune cell, called B7-H3-CAR T cell, can help prevent bone cancer from returning in children with high-risk osteosarcoma. Participants receive the cells after completing standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long children stay cancer-free and overall survival.
