Could stem cells help stroke patients recover?

Summary

This study tests a single injection of stem cells (B2065) given within 36 hours of a stroke. About 54 adults aged 18-75 with moderate-to-severe stroke will receive either the stem cells or a placebo. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment helps improve recovery over 24 months.
