Summary
This study looked at how the drug azvudine is absorbed and cleared in healthy adults (ages 18-45) and healthy elderly people (ages 60-85). 24 volunteers took a single dose and then a daily dose for 7 days. The goal was to measure drug levels in the blood and check for any side effects, not to treat any disease.
