Summary

This study is testing a new experimental drug called AZD9793 in adults with advanced liver cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors. Researchers will give the drug to about 304 participants and closely monitor how their bodies respond and if the cancer improves.
