Summary

This study is testing a new oral drug called AZD9574, both by itself and combined with other cancer therapies, in people with advanced solid tumors that have progressed. The main goals are to find safe doses and see early signs of whether the drug helps control the cancer. It will enroll about 695 participants with specific types of advanced cancers, including breast, ovarian, prostate, pancreatic, and brain cancers.
