Summary

This phase IIb study tests three doses of AZD8965 against a placebo in 359 adults with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a lung-scarring disease. The main goal is to see if AZD8965 can slow the decline in lung function over 24 weeks. Participants may also be taking standard IPF medications.
