New drug trial aims to tame debilitating Crohn's disease

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called AZD7798 to see if it can help control moderate to severe Crohn's disease. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo (inactive substance) to compare results. The main goals are to see if the drug reduces symptoms and improves gut health as seen on a scope, while monitoring for side effects.
