Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new experimental drug called AZD5863 for people with advanced stomach, esophageal junction, esophageal, or pancreatic cancers that have spread. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors. It's for adults whose cancer has worsened after at least one prior treatment and whose tumors have a specific marker called CLDN18.2.
