Summary
This study tests a new treatment called AZD5851 for adults with advanced or recurrent liver cancer. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-T cells) to target a protein called GPC3 found on cancer cells. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and to find the best dose. About 94 participants will take part in this early-phase trial.
