New drug combo targets advanced prostate cancer in early trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called AZD5305 given together with standard hormone therapies for men whose prostate cancer has spread. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see early signs of whether the combination helps control the cancer. About 174 men with metastatic prostate cancer will take part.
