Summary
This study tests a new drug called AZD4360 in adults with advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, bile duct, or pancreatic cancers that have not responded to prior treatments. The drug targets a protein called CLDN18.2 found on some tumor cells. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors.
