Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AZD4360 in adults with advanced solid tumors, including stomach, gastroesophageal junction, bile duct, and pancreatic cancers that have not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check if the drug can shrink tumors. About 117 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
