First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests two experimental vaccines, AZD4117 and AZD5315, designed to protect against certain bird flu strains (H5N1 and H7N9). About 405 healthy adults will receive either a vaccine or a placebo to check for side effects and measure how well the vaccines trigger an immune response. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose for future larger studies.
