NCT ID NCT07241104
Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and how the body processes an experimental drug called AZD4063. It involves 31 adults with a specific genetic mutation that causes dilated cardiomyopathy, a condition where the heart muscle becomes weak. Participants will receive single or multiple injections to see how well the drug is tolerated and how it behaves in the body.
