First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug, AZD3632, in about 84 adults with advanced blood cancers (acute leukemias or high-risk MDS) that have certain genetic markers. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks the cancer. Participants take the pill alone or with another drug, and are followed for side effects and how the cancer responds.
