Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called AZD2962 for people with certain blood cancers that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug, while also looking for early signs that it might help control the cancer. The study will enroll about 72 participants and will test the drug alone and later in combination with other treatments.
